Established in 1992, Zhangqiu Heavy Forging Co. Ltd has 22 years of rich experience in forging. With a registered capital of $9.1 million, we are one of the biggest grinding ball manufacturers in the field.
We specialize in producing all kinds of forged and cast goods. Our product range can be divided into four series:
Developing New Materials for ZDB2-a Ball
Our subordinate steel ball institute makes use of the advanced technology and testing equipment as well as the practical experience in grinding production to develop new materials for ZDB2-a ball. This new type of steel ball has the advantages both of forging and casting balls, with surface and core hardness not more than 3 degrees.
Capable to Make 180,000MT of Grinding Balls
Covering 350,000 square meters, we have more than 600 experienced workers - also the biggest workforce in this field. Moreover, we have three warehouses and make the scientific stocks to make sure we meet the urgent orders. Utilizing four fully automatic rolling lines, more than 20 air hammers and two grinding rod lines, we have the ability to make 150,000MT of forged grinding balls and 30,000MT of grinding rods.
Holding ISO and OHSAS Certifications
We have our own quality assurance center which could guarantee all our products meet customers’ needs. Because of our meticulousness in the whole production process, we have got ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 certificates.
Working with Professors from Tsinghua and Beihang Universities
We work with the famous professors from Tsinghua University and Beihang University to develop the production line of rolling steel balls. With this line, the quality and the appearance are improved dramatically. Compared with the cast ball, the new ball's breakage rate is lower, and the surface is smoother. The initial wear resistance and grinding efficiency are improved sharply as well.

- Forged new ultra-low consumption of steel balls (ZDB2-a balls, manganese steel balls, manganese steel grinding rods)
- A variety of high-, medium- and low-cast chrome balls
- Various grinding hammers and ball mill liners
- Various mine-used whorl anchor rods, combination mine anchor rods, oneself enter the anchors, hollow bolt combination anchors and other accessories
